2. Platform role

Win Win Circle is a technology platform for campaign publication, founder presentation, reward display, backer pledging, and operational monitoring. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the platform does not guarantee project success, delivery outcomes, business viability, profit, refund eligibility, or founder performance beyond the platform’s own stated obligations.

3. User accounts

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and activity under their accounts.
  • The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, impersonation, abuse, policy violations, or operational risk.
  • Role-based access such as founder, backer, or staff access may be limited, upgraded, or revoked as required.

4. Founder obligations

  • Founders must submit truthful information regarding identity, project purpose, campaign status, funding use, and public communications.
  • Founders are responsible for complying with applicable law, taxes, claims, product obligations, sector regulations, and reward fulfilment commitments.
  • Founders may be required to complete KYC, provide verification documents, maintain accurate bank details, and publish updates when funds are used.
  • Misleading campaigns, prohibited fundraising activity, illegal activity, or fraudulent representation may result in removal, suspension, rejection, or reporting.

5. Backer obligations and pledge nature

  • Backers should review campaign details independently before pledging.
  • A pledge is support for a listed project under the platform flow and may not be equivalent to an equity investment, loan instrument, or regulated security unless expressly structured and lawfully documented as such.
  • Backers are responsible for submitting correct personal and payment information.
  • The platform may provide receipts, certificate numbers, and status records, but these do not replace independent legal or financial diligence.

6. Payments, fees, and payouts

Payments may be processed through third-party gateways such as Razorpay. Platform fees, gateway charges, taxes, payout timing, holds, reversals, or operational checks may apply according to the platform configuration and applicable law. The platform may delay, hold, reject, or review transactions where fraud, verification issues, policy risks, or legal concerns arise.

7. Content and conduct restrictions

  • No false, defamatory, infringing, illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content may be uploaded or distributed.
  • Users must not attempt to interfere with platform security, payment flows, moderation systems, or other users’ access.
  • Users must not misrepresent ownership, authorization, or identity.
  • The company may remove or restrict content at its reasonable discretion for platform safety and compliance.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, interface, workflows, and brand assets remain the property of Twig Software Solutions Private Limited or its licensors, except for user-supplied campaign or profile content. By uploading content, users grant the platform a non-exclusive right to host, display, reproduce, and process that content for operating and promoting the service.

9. Suspension, takedown, and termination

The company may suspend campaigns, hold payouts, restrict features, or terminate access without prior notice where necessary to address legal risk, fraud, non-compliance, impersonation, abusive conduct, payment disputes, or misuse of the platform.

10. Disclaimers and limitation

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Twig Software Solutions Private Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, campaign accuracy, founder solvency, reward fulfilment, or uninterrupted third-party payment infrastructure.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable Indian law. The company is described as registered through MCA Maharashtra, and disputes relating to the platform are stated to be subject to Pune jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
